Awana
stands for Approved Workmen Are Not Ashamed. Awana is a wonderful
tool for the kids in our church. Awana clubs make Scripture
memorization fun and are geared to the needs of a range of
ages and grades.
Awana Club meets during the school year
every Wednesday night from 6:45 to 8:30 PM. Kids play games,
learn scripture, and are encouraged to live out their faith.
Our Awana program is for kids from preschool
to 6th grade, divided into Cubbies, Sparks, and Truth &
Training clubs (more details below). Our youth group also
uses the AWANA curriculum for Jr. High (Trek) and High School
(Journey 2/47).
Please support your child's interest in
the program by helping with his/her memorization and encouraging
enthusiasm about Awana. You always have an open invitation
to visit any of our clubs.
